Job Summary

Create Compounding Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy committed to providing high-quality, customized medications to meet the unique needs of our patients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our pharmacy, lab, and warehouse areas.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning of all areas, including the laboratory, call centre and warehouse, following a structured cleaning schedule.
  • Wash laboratory glassware and equipment to ensure a sterile working environment.
  • Manage waste and recycling disposal according to established guidelines.
  • Clean and sanitize sterile areas in compliance with regulatory standards and cleaning protocols (training will be provided).
  • Handle daily laundry tasks, including washing and organizing lab coats and other necessary items (washing machine and dryer are in the facility).
  • Maintain the cleanliness of office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.

Requirements

  • Prior cleaning experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or laboratory setting is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain strict hygiene standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to undergo training on cleaning procedures for sterile areas.
