Description du poste :
Le NAR SAM Position exerce de vastes responsabilités pour le processus de gestion des biens logiciels en Amérique du Nord et du Sud.
Cela comprend:
- Soutenir le processus actuel de gestion des logiciels pour assurer le respect des objectifs globaux et de la conformité juridique.
- Stocker et tenir à jour des informations exactes sur les licences de logiciels pour l'optimisation des couts, la conformité et l'inventaire des logiciels, les contrats.
- Tenue de registres relatifs à l'utilisation des clés de licence, des portails de licences, des contacts avec les fournisseurs, etc.
- Gérer efficacement les demandes de renseignements sur l'utilisation des logiciels, la position de licence, le déploiement, la disponibilité des licences et les demandes de rapport d'audit externe des licences des fournisseurs en temps opportun.
- Élaborer des rapports exposant les droits de licence, les installations, l'utilisation, le renouvellement, l'état d'approvisionnement et les lacunes de données tout en recherchant et en développant des processus SAM.
- Surveille et concilie une grande variété de licences et d'usages de logiciels, y compris les logiciels de bureau, pour Telecommunicationénuer les risques de conformité et réduire les coûts.
- Répondre aux demandes des propriétaires de logiciels, des utilisateurs, des gestionnaires, des développeurs et des membres de l'équipe au sujet de la gestion d'actifs informatiques logiciels.
- Contribue à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre de politiques et de procédures de gestion d'actifs logiciels à l'échelle de l'entreprise qui minimisent le risque de conformité, améliorent le programme et créent des gains d'efficacité des processus
- Fournit un soutien lors des audits des éditeurs de logiciels.
- Aide au règlement des différends.
- Connaissance des modèles de licences des éditeurs de logiciels et des droits de déploiement et d'utilisation de logiciels (p. ex. Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, VMware, IBM, etc.)
- Connaissance et expérience des processus de gestion du cycle de vie des logiciels planification, acquisition, déploiement, suivi, etc.
- Connaissance des outils de gestion et d'optimisation des licences, de normalisation des logiciels, de cycle de vie et de découverte (par exemple, ServiceNow, Microsoft MECM, etc)
- Connaissance des accords de licence de logiciels principaux, des EULA, du processus de renouvellement de licences et de soutien; spécialisation dans les modèles de licences Microsoft
- Expérience de l'interprétation des conditions de licence des logiciels
- Capacité de communiquer verbalement et par écrit de manière claire et concise

Requis :
- Minimum 3 an d'expérience en gestion d'actifs logiciels et licence. Software Asset Management (SAM).

Job Description
The
NAR SAM Position
holds broad responsibilities for the
Software Asset Management (SAM)
process across
North and South America
.
This includes:
- Supporting the current software management process to ensure alignment with overall objectives and legal compliance
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date software license information for
cost optimization, compliance, inventory management, and contracts - Maintaining records related to
license key usage, licensing portals, vendor contacts
, etc. - Efficiently managing inquiries related to
software usage, license position, deployment, license availability
, and
external vendor audit reporting requests
in a timely manner - Developing reports outlining
license entitlements, installations, usage, renewals, procurement status, and data gaps
, while researching and developing SAM processes - Monitoring and reconciling a wide variety of software licenses and usage, including desktop software, to
mitigate compliance risks and reduce costs - Responding to requests from
software owners, users, managers, developers, and team members
regarding software IT asset management - Contributing to the development and implementation of
enterprise-wide software asset management policies and procedures
that minimize compliance risk, enhance the program, and create process efficiencies - Providing support during
software vendor audits - Assisting with
dispute resolution - Demonstrating knowledge of
software publisher licensing models
and software deployment and usage rights (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, VMware, IBM, etc.) - Knowledge and experience with
software lifecycle management processes
, including planning, acquisition, deployment, tracking, and retirement - Familiarity with
license management and optimization tools
, software normalization, lifecycle, and discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft MECM, etc.) - Knowledge of major software license agreements,
