  • Lead and participate in SAP EWM implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Analyze and document existing warehouse and logistics processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional SAP EWM solutions, focusing on best practices and process optimization.
  • Configure SAP EWM modules, including inbound and outbound processes, storage management, inventory control, and resource management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate data migration activities and validate data accuracy in the new system.
  • Prepare and deliver end-user training, create user manuals, and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Stay current with SAP EWM updates, new functionalities, and industry trends to continuously improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with hands-on functional experience with SAP EWM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience in SAP EWM configuration and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in conducting end-user training and change management.
  • SAP EWM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
