As a Heavy-Duty Mechanic at Tankmart, you will be responsible for a variety of stimulating tasks, including:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and modifying air and/or electrical systems;
• Repairing suspensions and chassis frames to ensure vehicle safety;
• Assembling hydraulic and pneumatic circuits with precision and expertise;
• Repairing and maintaining truck trailer wheels to ensure optimal performance;
• Performing periodic maintenance on truck trailers to ensure road reliability;
• Mastering various welding techniques, including oxy-fuel cutting and welding, soldering, gas welding, arc welding, and MIG welding;
• Contributing effectively and professionally to the general work of the workshop;
• Other related tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• A 310J or 310T mechanic license or be a registered apprentice;
• A well-equipped toolbox to tackle all technical challenges;
• Ability to diagnose, repair and modify air, electric, brake and suspension system;
• Good physical condition to handle the demanding tasks of the trade;
• Excellent manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail;
• Natural autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness in problem-solving;
• Previous experience in the tank field would be an additional advantage.
