Job Description: The Program Planning and Support (PPS) Specialist supports planning initiatives within the Insights for Better Health Division that align with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) strategic direction and continuous improvement activities. The Specialist consults and works closely with all levels of leadership to plan, develop and implement successful PPS strategies. The PPS Specialist facilitates the cross-departmental planning necessary to achieve the Insights for Better Health vision and measurable results. The PPS Specialist facilitates and provides detailed planning and ongoing consultation to advance integrated reporting and to establish a strong learning health system. The Specialist will foster existing partnerships, develop new partnerships and work closely with system and community partners. The position is required to work collaboratively with leaders, physicians, and staff within the SHA and leads through influence rather than authority.

Experience
- 3-5 years' experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Five (5) years leadership experience
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a healthcare or management related discipline
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
