Cloud Land is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic part time team members to join our fun, safe, and welcoming space designed for families and children aged 12&under. If you're passionate about working with kids, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being part of a positive team, we'd love to meet you

Position: Team Member

Job Type: Part-Time

Vacancies: 1

Work Hours: 15-30 hours per week

Starting Pay: $15/hour

Pay Range: Starting at $15, and up to$17/hour based on experience and performance

Location: 130–111 Sage Valley Common NW, Calgary, AB

Availability Required

  • Must be available to work on the weekends and holidays between 9 AM – 9 PM

  • Flexiable weekday schedule

  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including holidays

Responsibilities

- Engage with families and children to ensure a warm and cheerful environment

- Monitor the playground area, ensuring children's safety and enforcing facility rules

- Operate the front desk & POS system for admissions, drinks, and gift items

  • Help organize and assist with birthday party

  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas including play zones, washrooms, and guest seating areas

  • Restock supplies and ensure a visually clean and tidy environment

  • Support the team with daily operations and light troubleshooting (e.g. projector/screen resets, minor guest concerns)

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • 1–2 years of customer service or child related experience preferred

  • Enjoy working with children

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
