We are looking for a visionary QA Director to define and drive the
end-to-end quality strategy
for our
Web and Native Mobile Applications.

You will lead a team of senior QA Managers, QA Leads and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver world-class digital products in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy for Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Establish best-in-class testing standards, automation frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
  • Champion a customer-first quality culture across the organization.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing: functional, UI, accessibility and regression testing.
  • Drive automation-first approach using modern tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of QA professionals; foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Build communities of practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives across QA teams.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of QA in SDLC.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risk assessments, and release readiness.

Skills
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Masters / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in QA leadership roles, with deep expertise in Web and Mobile application testing.
  • Proven success in strategic QA leadership within large-scale, agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy, Postman, and browser-based testing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, cross functional testing, cross-browser/device testing, and native accessibility testing (VoiceOver & TalkBack).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools, cloud device solutions (e.g., BrowserStack)
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, and SQL for data validation.
  • Methodologies: Expert in SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
