, operating in Steinbach, Winkler, Selkirk, and Portage la Prairie. We specialize in providing Rogers business solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, supporting their communication, connectivity, and technology needs.

We are currently seeking a
Business Sales Representative
to join our growing B2B team. This is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is driven by results.

Role Overview

The Business Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored Rogers business solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, consultative selling, and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new small to medium-sized business clients
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts
  • Engage with business decision-makers to understand operational needs
  • Recommend and sell Rogers business solutions, including wireless, internet, Microsoft 365, Teams, Advantage Voice, fleet and asset tracking, IoT, and data centre services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline development
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on current offerings and promotions

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organized, accountable, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Industry experience is an asset but not required, attitude, work ethic, and drive are essential.
