Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to operate various cleaning equipment, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Duties

  • Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various cleaning tasks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lift heavy equipment and materials as required during the cleaning process.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and any customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
  • Ability to operate power tools and use cleaning supplies safely. All equipment and supplies will be provided.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
  • A commitment to cleanliness, attention to detail, and high-quality service delivery.
