Role and responsibilities

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to wholesale clients.
  • Interact, respond and follow up with customer inquiries.
  • Look up and sell parts via phone and internet orders.
  • Utilizing electronic tools to look up the correct parts for repairs.
  • Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
  • Work independently and in a team setting.
  • Keep up with new products and technologies through manufacturers reps, websites, and clinics.
  • Other branch support related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Automotive Parts experience in the Jobber parts industry (min 4 years)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience and knowledge of diesel trucks and exhaust is an asset.
  • Experience and knowledge of ACDelco / GM parts an asset.
  • Experience in MOPAR parts an asset.
  • Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
  • Ability to offer customer service while multitasking.
  • Computer proficient, Amador an asset.
  • Sense of humor & positive attitude
