Oberizon Homes is a luxury custom construction company based in White Rock, with active projects across the Fraser Valley. Alongside custom homes, we specialize in high-quality office and commercial tenant improvement projects, working closely with city officials, architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver clean, well-executed builds.
We are currently looking to hire a Construction Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in office and tenant improvement construction. This role is for someone who understands fast-paced commercial sites, sequencing, coordination, and maintaining quality while staying on schedule and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for office and tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Supervise and schedule subcontractors and trades
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related questions and issues
- Monitor progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Maintain regular communication with project managers, clients, and consultants
- Attend client and coordination meetings as required
- Prepare, track, and close site punch lists
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office or commercial tenant improvement construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishes, and site coordination
- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously
- Clear communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- High attention to detail and quality control
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Additional Details
- Must be able to reliably commute to White Rock, BC or plan to relocate before starting
- Work is in-person, on active construction sites
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their projects, understands the expectations of commercial clients, and wants to grow with a well-established, expanding construction company.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
