Commercial Cleaner (Full-Time)

Location: Kingston, Ontario

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Maintenance Crew Leader

Compensation: $24.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our maintenance team in Kingston, Ontario. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for a large office building and its occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mop and sweep floors and staircases
  • Mop rubber gym flooring and wipe down fitness equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, including showers, sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors
  • Collect garbage and recycling from centralized locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and lunchroom areas
  • Vacuum runners and mats
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and health & safety standards

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a CPIC (Criminal Record Check)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous commercial or office cleaning experience
