Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient service and food quality. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling orders and payments.
  • Manage cashiering responsibilities, including cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in all areas of food handling and service.
  • Assist with kitchen tasks such as food prep, plating, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers while managing multiple tables or takeout orders effectively.
  • Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to the field.
  • Familiarity with food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking during busy periods.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately and upselling products effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be available.
