What you'll do
As an Eyecare Consultant, you'll be the first friendly face our patients and customers meet. You'll play a key role in making high-quality, affordable eyecare accessible for everyone. With warmth, confidence, and expertise, you will:
- Help customers explore our wide selection of stylish eyewear
- Provide care and support to first-time contact lens wearers
- Create standout experiences that go beyond expectations, showing why 41 million customers around the world trust Specsavers.

What we're looking for
We're searching for someone who's passionate about people, eager to grow, and driven to provide outstanding service.
You'll excel in this role if you:
- Love building meaningful customer relationships and consistently go the extra mile
- Follow the Specsavers Customer Experience model—prioritizing long-term trust over short-term sales
- Stay calm and accurate under pressure while delivering excellent care
- Have a friendly, approachable personality and enjoy giving thoughtful eyewear styling advice
- Comfortable speaking to people with energy and kindness
- Are dependable, adaptable, and available to work retail hours—including evenings and weekends
