We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with a minimum of two years of experience to join our Phone Sales team. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and elevating our customer experience standards.
In this role, you will evaluate customer calls, deliver timely and constructive feedback, and ensure agents consistently provide best-in-class service. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to identify training needs, recommend coaching topics, and ensure full adherence to our compliance and quality assurance standards using established QA guidelines and scorecards.
Working alongside management and operations leadership, you will identify performance gaps, escalate issues when required, and support the development and delivery of continuous coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives across all agent groups.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality monitoring within a Sales and/or Customer Service environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Proven ability to identify, escalate, and resolve performance or compliance issues
Experience facilitating weekly and monthly call calibration sessions with management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving technologies and internal tools

Nous recherchons un spécialiste en assurance qualité ayant au moins deux ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente par téléphone. Sous la responsabilité du responsable de l'assurance qualité, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'amélioration de nos normes en matière d'expérience client.
À ce poste, vous évaluerez les appels des clients, fournirez des commentaires constructifs en temps opportun et veillerez à ce que les agents offrent en permanence un service de première classe. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe opérationnelle afin d'identifier les besoins en formation, de recommander des thèmes de coaching et de garantir le respect total de nos normes de conformité et d'assurance qualité à l'aide de directives et de tableaux de bord d'assurance qualité établis.
En collaboration avec la direction et les responsables opérationnels, vous identifierez les écarts de performance, signalerez les problèmes si nécessaire et soutiendrez le développement et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de coaching, de formation et d'amélioration des performances continues pour tous les groupes d'agents.
Compétences et qualifications clés
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le contrôle de la qualité dans un environnement de vente et/ou de service à la clientèleSolides compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en françaisCapacité avérée à identifier, signaler et résoudre les problèmes de performance ou de conformitéExpérience dans l'animation de sessions hebdomadaires et mensuelles d'étalonnage des appels avec la directionAisance à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter aux technologies et aux outils internes en constante évolution*Veuillez noter que ce poste est situé à Montréal, au Québec et sur place.
