Are you a Ford-trained Technician looking to make a move for the better?

Castle Ford in Pincher Creek, soon to be Davis Ford is the newest addition to the Davis Auto Group who will be acquiring the dealership on February 1, 2026. As we prepare for this new chapter, we are looking for a Ford-Trained Technician to join our team.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You have a Red Seal Automotive Technician License
  • You are a Ford-trained Master Technician with Diesel experience - we are willing to help fast-track the right candidate with Ford training to achieve the required diesel experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with ability to regularly produce over 100% efficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and accurately track and write detailed information on repair orders
  • A team-oriented mindset to work well with our entire Parts and Service team
  • Valid driver's license
