We're looking for a strategic and operational leader to drive growth, performance, and safety excellence

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact — guiding a subsidiary towards commercial success while upholding the highest standards of safety, integrity, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve the subsidiary's commercial, financial, operational, and safety objectives — in full alignment with the group's vision and policies.
  • Translate corporate strategies into actionable local plans that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial, operational, and human resources to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accountability.
  • Strengthen client partnerships and drive business development initiatives that expand market presence.
  • Champion a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture — ensuring safe practices are embedded in every aspect of the operation.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of excellence.
  • Work closely with other General Managers across the group to share best practices and enable the international mobility of talent.
  • Represent the company with clients, partners, authorities, and communities as a responsible and trusted leader.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Geology or Business or related areas
  • At least 5 years of management experience in mining, exploration, or related field

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (an asset)
