Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead and manage cross-functional end-to-end delivery of process and automation improvement initiatives. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, including business and technology partners, to support project benefits and implement changes to business processes. Additionally, the role includes educating and creating awareness of process improvement methodologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by developing and implementing process and operational efficiencies.
• Utilize advanced analytics and process modeling to solve complex process problems and drive improvements.
• Identify and evaluate use cases for automation and agentic AI to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Provide expert advice to business leaders and lead the team in executing quality improvement recommendations.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to forecast and achieve financial and customer benefits.
• Manage relationships across various business lines and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies for process improvement and transformation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including financial controls and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct research projects and deliver presentations to management and broader audiences.
• Monitor service and productivity levels, implementing continuous process and performance improvements.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Black Belt).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and tools required for process improvement tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex process problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and guide others within the area of expertise.
