  • Hands-on DevOps platform builder(not operator).

  • Deep experience with Terraform(module design, state management, IaC architecture).

  • Strong AWS experience:

  • EKS (Kubernetes)

  • EC2

  • IAM (permissions, policies, least privilege)

  • S3

  • EBS volumes

  • GitHub Actions - architecting and building pipelines from scratch

  • Vault (HashiCorp) - setup, secrets mgmt, integration patterns

  • Linux

  • Ability to architect platform components (auth, scale, resilience, automation).

Platform Ownership Mindset

  • Built platforms and lived with themlong-term (not hand-off contractors).

  • Comfortable being scrappy; startup or mid-size engineering culture preferred.

  • Willing to jump in during production issues—even if not scheduled for on-call.

  • Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive initiatives without people management.
