Canada Remote CA Vecima Technology Inc Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year


Preferred location would be Saskatoon, SK Canada, or Duluth, Georgia. Remote work may be considered.

Position Summary:

The Payroll Analyst will have primary responsibility for ensuring accuracy and completeness of payroll for Vecima's US entity and support payroll for our Canadian entity. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of bi-weekly payroll for approximately 140 domestic employees across 14 states
  • Ensure accuracy of 401k contributions
  • Prepare periodic reports with proper support
  • Other duties and special projects as may be assigned from time-to-time including workers compensation audits/requests, general audit requests, vacation accruals, payroll tax compliance, etc.

Prerequisites for Success:

  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now HRIS/Payroll/Timekeeping
  • Exposure to Ultimate Software (UltiPro) helpful
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work and communicate with people in varying disciplines with different backgrounds
