Description:

Fix'N' Cracks Ltd. is one of Alberta's fastest-growing mobile windshield repair companies, operating out of retail parking lots and serving thousands of drivers each year. We're expanding across the province and are searching for a motivated, business-minded individual to join as an Operations Partner — someone who wants more than a job — someone who wants ownership.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys managing people, and wants to build real equity in a growing company.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple tent locations (staffing, performance, customer satisfaction)
  • Manage employees, track hours, and maintain accountability systems
  • Recruit and train new windshield repair technicians
  • Implement company procedures and ensure locations follow brand standards
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and community partnerships
  • Help secure and maintain parking lot locations
  • Drive repair plan sales and ensure operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality
  • Experience managing teams or running small operations
  • Hands-on approach — willing to work on-site as needed
  • Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bonus: experience in automotive, trades, or franchise management

Compensation:

This is a partnership track, not a salaried job.

  • Modest base pay or draw during trial period
