We are looking for a Corporate Wellness Program Manager to join our growing team

About the Role

The Corporate Wellness Program Manager will provide overall management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of all 9toThrive employee health and well-being programs and is responsible for the success of the programming. With a passion for supporting wellness, this person is an organization expert who skillfully juggles program execution and communications responsibilities. This role is hands-on and involves working as part of a team and independently with a high level of autonomy and accountability. 

The Corporate Wellness Program Manager will oversee all aspects of 9toThrive programming, including: 

  • program administration, 
  • operations, 
  • evaluation and 
  • client experience.  

This role will act as a key team member by providing leadership and guidance to program staff, ensuring goals are met, motivating team members to pursue and achieve objectives, goals and targets, and increasing engagement. 

The Wellness Program Manager will collaborate with the CEO to improve operations and our overall company foundation.

Qualifications 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Holistic health mindset and approach 
  • Competent with G-Suite, Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Canva
  • Post-secondary in Kinesiology, health sciences or related field 
  • Current fitness instructor/ personal trainer certification
  • Minimum 2+ years of direct management experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience as a trainer/ instructor, corporate wellness specialist, or related position
  • Minimum 1-3 years of program management experience (corporate environment preferred)
  • Experience with Wellness Living or Mind Body is considered an asset
