Rooted Ritual is a sanctuary of water, ritual, and sensory calm — a head spa designed to soothe the scalp, calm the nervous system, and restore the soul.

We're looking for a part-time Head Spa Therapist / Spa Attendant who embodies calm, connection, and conscious care and able to work most Saturdays.

Preferred Background

You may be a:

  • Licensed Esthetician, Hairstylist, or Massage Therapist (students welcome)
  • Reiki Practitioner or someone trained in other energy-based or bodywork modalities
  • Or someone with beautiful energy and the desire to learn
  • Background in spa, salon, or beauty is helpful, but not essential — we'll provide all the training you need.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver intentional, sensory-rich scalp therapy experiences following our signature treatment rituals
  • Use massage techniques, aromatherapy, warm oils, and water therapy to soothe and restore
  • Maintain a calm, clean, and energetically aligned treatment space
  • Build ongoing relationships with guests based on care, trust, and results
  • Collaborate with our team in a harmonious, supportive environment
  • Engage in training and continual refinement of your craft
