Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding individuals and teams toward achieving their goals. This role involves providing legal advice, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Counsel will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment while managing various initiatives.

Duties

  • Provide legal guidance and support on various matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development within the team.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the organization at events and conferences.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and initiatives effectively.
  • Lead data collection efforts to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to legal documentation and case management.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts to identify and onboard new talent for the organization.
  • Teach workshops or training sessions on relevant legal topics for staff development.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
  • Experience in project management, showcasing the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Background in marketing strategies that enhance organizational visibility and outreach.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience that inspires teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, ensuring accurate analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Administrative experience that supports efficient operations within a legal framework.
  • Familiarity with recruiting processes, contributing to building a strong team dynamic.
