As such, they are hiring a Tax Partner to join the firm at a strategically important moment, where client demands, internal succession, and market opportunity are aligning. The successful candidate will not only help meet existing demand but will also shape Fuller Landau's next decade of technical excellence, practice standards, and client-service innovation.

The Canadian Tax Partner is a central leadership role responsible for guiding complex tax planning engagements, elevating technical standards, and stewarding long-term client relationships. Together with the current team, the Tax Partner will establish best practices, update according to new regulations, build expertise by coaching and developing team members and support business development efforts to expand the practice. As a trusted advisor to clients, lead complex tax planning engagements, support these private business owners, family enterprises and high net-worth individuals through succession, liquidity events, reorganization or transitions.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:


• CPA designation


• In-depth Tax Certification (required)


• TEP designation is an asset


• 10+ years of progressive personal and corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm at a senior leadership or Partner level


• Collaborative, team-first leader with a successful track record in supporting the growth of team members as well as building relationships cross-functionally


• Business development capabilities, service excellence and relationship driven mindset as a trusted advisor to clients in the mid-market space including private owner managed businesses and family enterprises.


• Leadership competencies to help shape the future of the firm through active participation in education, knowledge-sharing and thought leadership.
