We are seeking a Gen AI Developer is responsible for building and implementing generative AI solutions that address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on applying AI models to create innovative applications, automate processes, and deliver intelligent features that align with organizational objectives. The developer will work in a collaborative environment, bridging business needs with technical execution to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.

Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Develop and fine-tune generative AI models for specific use cases.

Integrate AI models into applications and ensure smooth deployment.

Work with data teams to prepare and preprocess datasets for training and inference.

Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and implement improvements.

Document workflows, design decisions, and implementation details for internal knowledge sharing.

Participate in team meetings, provide updates, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Support troubleshooting and maintenance of deployed AI solutions.

Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas for innovation. .
