Accounting/Collection Clerk CONTRACT Laird & Eglinton
SALARY: $55,000-65, Maternity Leave Contract
IN OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Established, Successful, GROWING AGAIN Canadian-owned Chemical / Manufacturing Company seeking Experienced Accounting/Collection Clerk (CONTRACT/Maternity Leave) with excellent Customer Service, communication and organization skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Great Company – Many Long Term Employees in this Friendly Office Environment.
Responsibilities
· Accounts Receivable Collections
· Working through Customer Portals to Submit Invoices and Retrieve Payments
· Forwarding Invoices to Customers
· Credit Checks and Credit Line Approval Processing
· Receiving Credit Card Payments
· Sending Statement to Customers
· Accounts Payable responsibilities for related company in Europe
· Miscellaneous Accounting Duties
· Other Duties as Required
Qualifications & Skills
· Collections, A/P, Accounting Experience
· Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Efficiency when completing Data Entry tasks
· Excellent Customer Service, Communication (written & verbal) and Organization Skills
· Ability to Handle Multiple Priorities
· Professional Telephone Manner and Exceptional Customer Service
· Computer Proficiency/Microsoft Office and other proprietary/data entry software
· High School Diploma
· Minimum 3-5 years related experience
· Asset – Immediate Availability
