Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you'll play a vital role in the manufacturing and processing of high-quality food products. What you'll do

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support food production processes.
  • Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
  • Participate in sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene within the production area.
  • Assist with packaging operations, ensuring products are properly sealed and labeled for distribution.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to verify they meet established specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize forklift equipment for material handling as needed, ensuring safe operation at all times. (Willing to provide training)

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Willing to train the right candidate.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards within the food industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
