Fire Service Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Fire Service
Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong
technical understanding of fire protection and life safety systems, coupled
with proven sales experience in service agreements and recurring revenue
streams. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our full suite
of fire and life safety services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop andmaintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Identify and
pursue sales opportunities in inspection, testing, maintenance, and system
upgrades.Prepare
detailed proposals and quotations for service agreements and retrofit
projects.Conduct site
visits to assess client needs and recommend compliant, cost-effective
solutions.Collaborate
with technical teams to ensure accurate scope development and customer
satisfaction.Achieve or
exceed sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.Stay current
with NFPA, ULC, and provincial fire code requirements.Represent the
company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire protection, security,
or building systems.Strong
knowledge of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and monitoring systems.Familiarity
with applicable fire codes, standards, and inspection requirements (ULC,
NB/NS/PEI regulations).Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability
to manage long sales cycles and close service agreements.Valid driver's
license and clean driving record required.
