As a Guest Service Leader "hostess with the mostess", you know every guest - who they are, where they want to sit, and always have their first drink already on its way. You think of yourself as a connector of people and deliverer of great times. You take pride in knowing every inch of the room and how to anticipate what's next.
What's Required
- Team leadership – you are a natural born leader in any crowd
- The ability to connect with others; you know that teamwork means success
- Naturally, turn guests into your regulars; you keep them coming back for more
- You continuously seek opportunities to grow and learn
- Liquor Service certification
Wage Range
$19 - $23 / hour
The above total compensation range is based on an annual salary plus total estimated tips.
