For over 25 years, Mercatto is all about great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together across our four downtown Toronto locations.

This March 2026, we're opening Mercatto Centrale in Port Credit and building our opening Server Support team. If you're someone who is attentive and team-oriented, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Support service by delivering food to tables and restocking supplies
  • Clear, reset, and maintain tables to keep the dining room guest-ready
  • Assist servers and bartenders to keep service moving smoothly
  • Communicate clearly with the team and step in wherever needed
  • Support and help organize Uber delivery orders while maintaining clean, organized work areas
