Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Unicell Janitorial Supplies. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, primarily through phone and digital communication channels. This role will also include in-person sales at our stoire in Chilliwack. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to develop business relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and supporting overall business development initiatives.

Duties

  • Greet customers and qualify products they required

  • Be knowledgeable and answer questions about all of our products

  • Answer phone inquiries

  • Input sales orders and quotations

  • Accurately handle cash and card payment processing

  • Collect & document specified information required for billing

  • Actively engage in product knowledge training

  • Review, maintain and follow up on orders

  • Assist in keeping inventory of stock items

  • Help set up and clean displays as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station

  • Adhere to Safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience an asset

  • Forklift experience an asset

  • Class 5 or 7 license required

  • Access to your own vehicle is necessary

  • Knowledge of janitorial products and tools preferred

  • General computer skills

  • Possesses professional and personable demeanor

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Self motivated and take pride in duties performed

  • Sales driven with a passion to learn

  • Demonstrates innovation and well-developed problem solving skills

  • Operate well in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 7 hour shift, 10am - 5 pm

  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
