Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving beverages and managing customer orders efficiently.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests at the bar.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required
  • Strong knowledge of cashiering and cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
