AIM or MISSION: 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

•    Live and Promotes Company Values

•    Proficient in all Welder 1 requirements.

•    Knowledge of Hot start (If applicable)

•    Proficient in all MIG welds / position.

•    TIG AC settings

•    Amperage setting 

•    Gas setting

•    Basic knowledge of consumables for TIG welding

•    Torch angle and ability to feed rod consistently

•    Ability to meet cycle times with acceptable quality on all MIG positions and beginning TIG positions.
