Overview

We are seeking a Fleet Vehicle Detailer that would be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintain the appearance of vehicles – including Executive Sedan, Executive SUV, Limos, buses and taxis to ensure a safe ,clean and professional experience for clients. The role combines hands-on cleaning, light maintenance checks and quality inspections to keep the fleet in top operational and aesthetic condition.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Cleaning & Detailing

  • Wash /Dry all fleet vehicles using approved techniques, supplies and equipment
  • Clean wheels, rims and exterior trim, apply tire dressing and protectants.
  • Remove insects, road salt and grime buildup from paint and undercarriage
  • Apply wax, sealant, or ceramic coating to protect paint
  • Polish chrome, metal trim.
  • Clean all glass, mirrors, cameras and light fixtures for maximum visibility.
  • Inspect for exterior damage and report issues.

Interior Detailing

  • Thoroughly vacuum carpet, mats and seating areas and trunks.
  • Shampoo carpets /upholstery, clean and condition leather seating, dash board.
  • Sanitize high touch areas: handles, seat belt, door jams screens, rails, driver console.
  • Clean glass, partitions and ceiling panels
  • Deodorize interiors and apply ozone treatment as required.
  • Restock vehicles supplies.
  • Inspect for interior damage and report issues.

Fleet Quality Control

  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly detailing schedules across all vehicle classes.
  • Perform visual inspections for damage, leaks or excessive wear.
  • Record all completed detailing tasks in vehicle management logs.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks ( top up of fluid, check tire pressures.
  • Ensure all vehicle meet branding cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Communicate promptly with immediate supervisor about vehicle condition or repair needs.

Specialized Care

  • Apply premium finishes for fleet leather care and streak free polish.
  • Deep clean and disinfect all vehicle types.
  • Maintain professional appearance of company fleet standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience detailing Large vehicles and premium vehicles strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning agents, buffers vacuums and extraction tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high appearance standards.
  • Time management skills for multi-vehicle detailing schedules
  • Valid drivers licence (class G or higher B/C license is an asset.
  • Ability to safely move and operate all types of vehicles within fleets yards.
  • Ability to work with others and independently.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when needed.
  • Standing, bending and repetitive motion for extended periods.

Performance Expectations

  • All vehicles meet or exceed company presentation standards.
  • Detailing completed on schedule and logged accurately.
  • No chemical misuse or damage to vehicle surfaces.

Availability

  • Full time
  • Evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Experience:

  • detailing : 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (required)
  • Class B Licence (preferred)
  • Class C Licence (preferred)
