Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a User Interface Designer based in Ottawa, ON. The User Interface Designer will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs and creating user-friendly interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include creating mockups, collaborating on user experience (UX) design strategies, and working with front-end development teams to ensure seamless implementation. The role will involve aligning aesthetics with functionality to provide impactful and intuitive user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design and expertise in creating Mockups
  • Skills in Front-End Development with a focus on translating designs into functional interfaces
  • Experience in User Experience (UX) design to improve and optimize user interactions
  • Strong capabilities in User Interface Design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch is beneficial
