Role Description

The Maitre D' will oversee daily dining operations to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, supervising dining staff, and addressing guest needs and inquiries. The role requires maintaining an exceptional dining experience and adherence to club standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Montreal, QC.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills, demonstrating the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and a solid understanding of Food Service standards and practices.
  • Basic culinary skills and an understanding of Cooking processes and kitchen coordination are highly beneficial.
  • Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and management to maintain top-tier service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and fluency in both English and French are strong assets.
