Fournir une assistance professionnelle à nos clients par téléphone et courrier électronique afin de:  

  • Résoudre tout problème technique de niveau 1 lié au logiciel
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
  • Fournir des informations sur nos produits et services 
  • Fournir des informations sur nos promotions 
  • Fournir des informations sur la facturation 
  • Fournir des suggestions sur la manière dont les utilisateurs peuvent tirer profit de nos produits de façon optimale
  • • Effectuer des tests sur nos produits pour s'assurer que nous résolvons efficacement les problèmes potentiels.
  • • Garder à jour la base de données  Offrir du support à notre équipe de développement en effectuant des tests sur les nouvelles fonctions de nos produits et sur les corrections de bogues

Your responsibilities: 

Provide professional assistance to our customers by phone and email:

  • Resolve any level 1 technical problems related to the software
  • Offer outstanding customer service
  • Provide Information on our products and services
  • Provide suggestions on how users can best benefit from our products
  • Carry out tests on our products to ensure that we are effectively troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Ensure that mobile synchronization systems configurations are done with our clients

Job Qualifications:

Exigences:

  • 2 ans et plus d'expérience en service à la clientèle, soutien technique et applicatif
  • Connaissances des systèmes de Microsoft Windows environnement PC, courriels
  • Excellente aptitude de communication en FRANÇAIS et en ANGLAIS à la fois verbale et écrite
  • Facilité et rapidité d'apprentissage
  • Capacité à gérer son stress dans un environnement dynamique 
  • Posséder d'excellentes qualités relationnelles

Atouts:

  • Connaissance du milieu immobilier

Must-Haves: 

  • Computer support training/diploma OR 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support and applications.
    •Knowledge of computer systems (Windows and Mac) as well as mobile systems (iOS and Android)
    •Excellent communication skills in French and English both verbally and in writing
    •Ability to learn quickly and easily
    •Ability to manage stress in a dynamic environment
    •Excellent interpersonal skills
