What can you expect to do here:
- Lead and participate in industrial hygiene field assignments: IH monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveys, indoor air quality assessments, chemical inventory, ergonomics, and job hazard assessments.
- Assist senior staff with EHS audits and program development.
- Collect, document, and analyze field data using the latest tools and technology.
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and visualizations for clients and project teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
- Travel to client sites (up to 50% of your time), with trips ranging from 1 to 10 days.

What you'll bring to WSP:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.
- Proficiency with IH sampling techniques and equipment.
- Working knowledge of Canadian and provincial occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing schedules and environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work at industrial and mine sites, including rough terrain and facilities with limited accessibility.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites year-round.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and make a difference in workplace health and safety.
