Premier Personnel believes in promoting independence, aiding personal development, and increasing community connection through employment for people with intellectual or learning disabilities.

We are looking for an Employment Specialist to provide coverage across all our programs. We would like to find someone who is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. We are looking for someone to provide employment supports for people with learning or intellectual disabilities. This would include assisting with resume writing, interview prep, career exploration, on-site job training, and other vocational supports. Google Workspace knowledge, a vehicle for community-based duties (mileage paid), Previous experience/ related education an asset. Criminal record check and adult abuse registry will be required.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $20.43 per hour
