We are seeking a critical
Oracle ERP Security & Compliance Specialist
to join our Business Systems team and manage the security and governance of our newly configured Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role is highly project-focused, supporting the final implementation stages and the
sustainment
following our deployment.

What You'll Do: Project & Sustainment Focus

Your expertise will be a critical selection factor, bridging the gap between functional compliance and technical security:

  • Implementation & Sustainment Support:
    Provide hands-on support through the final phases of our ERP deployment and subsequant stabilization and sustainment.
  • ERM/FRC Expertise:
    Leverage your technical knowledge, particularly in the
    Oracle Risk Management Cloud (FRC module)
    , to manage risk and internal controls.
  • Security & Compliance Governance:
    Ensure robust
    access control, data access, and compliance
    are enforced. This includes performing
    conflict analysis
    and implementing controls based on an
    "internal control background."
  • System Tweak & Documentation:
    The system is configured, so you will focus on necessary
    tweaks, detailed documentation, and testing
    to finalize the setup.

Key Security & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Access & Role Design (RBAC):
    Design, configure, and monitor security roles and responsibilities within Oracle ERP to enforce the
    Principle of Least Privilege
    .
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD):
    Identify, assess, and monitor
    SoD conflicts
    ; design remediation and mitigating controls.
  • Sensitive Access (SA):
    Manage, restrict, and monitor
    Sensitive and Privileged Security Roles
    .
  • Authentication & Authorization:
    Implement and support
    MFA
    and
    SSO
    to secure ERP access.
  • Licensing Optimization:
    Monitor and optimize license usage, ensuring efficient entitlement management and cost control.
  • Compliance Alignment:
    Ensure ERP security policies align with
    COSO, audit, and regulatory standards.

  • Experience:
    A minimum of
    3-5 years
    of hands-on Oracle configuration experience is required, with a focus on maintenance and improvement.
  • Technical Certification:
    Must possess an
    Oracle Certification in Risk & Security.
  • Bilingual:
    Must be
    fully bilingual (French and English)
    due to our national operations.
  • Focus:
    Open to candidates with either an
    IT or Business-focused background
    , provided they have the necessary Oracle expertise.
  • Soft Skills:
    You must be a
    strong communicator
    and enjoy working with people, contributing to our small but busy team.
