Workforce Management Associate

We're looking for a detail‑oriented WFM Administrator who will keep our time & attendance ecosystem running smoothly—for employees, supervisors, and payroll. In this role, you'll configure onsite clocks, pay rules and schedules as requested by our business units, train supervisors, and partner closely with IT, Payroll, and Business Units to resolve issues within established service levels. It also encompasses testing of these changes and an understanding of any impacts from Collective Agreements or business changes. Your work ensures accurate time capture, timely payroll posting, and reliable workforce data that leaders use to make decisions.
