Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience in various HVAC applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Duties and responsibilities

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.

Respond to emergency service requests.

Read blueprints and install or repair HVACR systems.

Install electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation.

Inspect and maintain customers' HVACR systems.

Troubleshoot components to determine necessary repairs.

Repair or replace worn or defective parts.

Determine HVACR systems energy use and make recommendations to improve efficiency.

Work in a team environment.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with fan coils, ERV, heat pumps and fans.

Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

G1 licensed required.

Must be dedicated to learning and keeping up with growing advances in the industry.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Must be bondable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility to work on call/overtime/weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$49.00 per hour
