Kitchens by TR Design is looking for a motivated Junior Fine Cabinetry Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their installation career who wants to grow their skills and work alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinetry
  • Support senior installers with measuring, fitting, and hardware installation
  • Help ensure proper fit and function of cabinetry components
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction
  • Represent the company with professionalism on every project

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or related installation work (or equivalent hands-on training)
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take instruction
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
