Auburn Heights Retirement Residence is looking for a temporaryfull-time Environmental Service Supervisor to join our team

As the Environmental Service Supervisor you would be responsible supervising and coaching staff to ensure their capabilities are being utilized, and to maintain a high level of productivity. In this position you would direct and supervise the activities of the dinning room and housekeeping services in order to provide a pleasant experience and safe environment for all residents of this luxury retirement residence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a food and beverage or equivalent program is preferred.
  • Completion of Service management/ hospitality or equivalent courses is an asset.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience in hotel and/or fine dining restaurant is required.
  • Excellent human relations skills to deal with staff, residents and family members.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Computer skills are an asset.
