Role Description

This is a full-time seasonal (April 12-Oct 31), on-site role for a Pro Shop Attendant at Cedarhurst Golf Club, located in Beaverton, ON. Responsibilities include assisting customers with retail purchases, booking tee times, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the pro shop, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The Pro Shop Attendant will be an important first point of contact for members and guests and may assist with inventory management and sales.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests
• Experience with retail operations, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, including inventory management and merchandise display
• Knowledge of golf and the ability to provide information or advice to members and guests
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as required
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an asset but not mandatory
