Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications effectively
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts
  • Support promotional activities and participate in product knowledge training sessions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Bilingual skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
  • Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
  • Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required
