Overview
The Concession Runner is responsible for supporting concession stands by ensuring timely delivery of food, beverages, and supplies during events. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth operations, excellent customer service, and overall guest satisfaction
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.60-$19.00 CAD and is tip eligible
Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching
This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.
Responsibilities
Support concession stands by restocking food, beverage, paper goods, and supplies throughout serviceTransport product safely and efficiently between storage areas, kitchens, and concession locationsMonitor inventory levels during service and proactively respond to restock needsAssist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning of back-of-house areasMaintain clean, organized, and food-safe storage areas at all timesFollow all food safety, health & safety, and company operating standardsCommunicate clearly with concession leads, supervisors, and culinary teamsAssist with waste removal, recycling, and cardboard breakdown during and after serviceHelp manage high-volume service periods efficiently and calmlyPerform additional support tasks as assigned to ensure smooth concession operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in food & beverage, concessions, catering, warehouse, or event operations is an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPhysically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbsAble to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftsReliable, punctual, and maintains a strong work ethicFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and event daysMust meet minimum age requirements for the role
