Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Bay, Ontario, for the role of Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems in various projects, focusing on power distribution, lighting, life safety and communication systems. Daily tasks include creating detailed electrical designs, conducting system analyses, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements. You will also engage with stakeholders to align project outcomes with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering fundamentals
- Solid understanding of Electrical and Ontario Building Codes and their practical applications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with building systems engineering for commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential projects is an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
- Effective communication and writing skills
- P.Eng designation or eligibility for registration is a strong advantage

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
