Your responsibilities will include:Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives, including supporting external beta and launch activitiesDeveloping and implementing targeted user acquisition strategies in order to grow Scrawlr’s businessManage operational data, track KPIs, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.Streamline operations by supporting and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and scalability across departmentsIdentify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practicesRequired Background, Skills, and ExperienceAn undergraduate degree or a business diploma.Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills, as evidenced by exceptional academic performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, as evidenced by a strongly drafted cover letter referencing a relevant story of the strength of your communication skillsIndependently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, compiling resources, and delivering results in challenging situationsStrong work ethic and personal initiativeNice to Have Skills or ExperienceProject management experienceTwo years of relevant work experience focused in the execution of business operations or management tasksExperience with development or registration of intellectual propertyExperience developing targeted approaches to traffic development, engagement management, and growth execution (including content development, distribution, and measurement)If you are interested in changing the way the world communicates, and then subsequently evaluates and monetizes content, we would love to speak with you.
